What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Own and optimize the homepage sales & content strategy

  • Drive conversions (CTR, CVR, GMV per session) through data-driven decisions

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (banners, deal zones, key sections)

  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve layout and structure

  • Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, scroll depth, conversion paths)

  • Collaborate with Category, Marketing, and Product teams on placements

  • Create and manage landing pages in CMS (Strapi)

  • Monitor performance and optimize homepage & landing pages

  • Adjust content based on business goals and gaming seasonality

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital content management

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

  • Familiarity with CMS tools (Strapi or similar)

  • Understanding of user behavior and UX/UI best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Interest in gaming and awareness of seasonal trends (nice to have)
