What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns in the Google Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms (strong focus on Shopping Ads campaigns, but not limited to them).
  • Optimize campaign settings such as bids, ad schedules, and audience targeting to improve results.
  • Work with product teams to maintain and refine the product feed for better performance in Google Merchant Center.
  • Continuously test and refine campaign components such as Smart Bidding strategies, audience layering, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Drive the growth of key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CR%), and average order value (AOV) and (ROAS%).
  • Monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS while avoiding overspending or inefficient allocations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to suggest campaign improvements, including audience refinements, product group restructuring, and seasonal campaign planning.
  • Manage 6-figure monthly budget across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Networks.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to develop campaign strategies and adapt them to real-time needs, optimize campaigns performance, and prepare actionable reports.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center and Looker Studio.
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
