What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Acquire new partners from various industries and build strong, long-term business relationships.

  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities that can support Kinguin’s marketplace growth.

  • Manage the end-to-end deal process, from initial discussions and negotiations through to finalising agreements.

  • Maintain accurate track records of new and existing deals, ensuring that relevant commercial information is up to date and easy to follow.

  • Monitor GMV and GP performance across partnerships and ensure results are aligned with company KPIs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing development of partner agreements.

  • Analyse partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment.

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills, with confidence in approaching and building relationships with new partners.

  • Experience managing commercial deals and maintaining accurate sales or partnership records.

  • Good understanding of commercial metrics, ideally including GMV, GP, revenue, or similar business KPIs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in gaming, digital entertainment, marketplaces, or other online industries will be an advantage.
