What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Development and end-to-end execution (form initiation to reporting) PPC campaigns across multiple platforms such as: META, TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, etc.;
  • Managing campaign performance (analyzing results and optimizing activities) while conducting rapid tests to support growth objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing invoice management for paid search across relevant channels.
  • Preparing performance reports, data analyses, and recommendations for optimization and testing.
  • Media planning, copy & design brief creation in order to take full ownership.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous experience in a similar role. 
  • Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken). 
  • Analytical mindset - the role heavily depends on analyzing performance data, identifying trends, drawing actionable insights, and making optimization decisions
  • Detail-oriented execution - running PPC campaigns across multiple platforms requires accuracy in setup, budget allocation, targeting, and tracking to avoid costly mistakes.
  • Cross-functional communication skills - the specialist must coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, analytics, brand) to ensure messaging and goals are aligned.
  • Proactivity and growth mindset - the role requires not just execution, but initiative in testing new ideas, channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.
  • Platform expertise and adaptability - running campaigns across META, TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, etc., demands up-to-date knowledge and the ability to adapt to each platform’s nuances.
