What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Development and implementation of user analytics strategy for the company

  • Designing, building, and improving BI reports and dashboards that track key business performance metrics

  • Partnering with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to improve reporting, increase automation, and ensure data accuracy

  • Driving the adoption of self-service analytics by training and supporting users across the organization

  • Independently analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement

  • Continuously optimizing reporting processes to make them more efficient, scalable, and impactful

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar data-focused role

  • Experience in user analytics in e-commerce / marketplaces

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

  • A proactive, independent mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience promoting or supporting self-service analytics (a big plus)

  • Development of data & analytics technology stack (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BQ, Looker)
