What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Monitor payment processing across PSPs and acquirers, ensuring uptime, approval rates and issue resolution.

  • Own payments reporting covering authorization, fraud, refunds, conversion and processing costs.

  • Manage payment routing and failover to optimise conversion, reliability and costs.

  • Manage PSP and acquirer relationships, including business reviews, pricing and contract negotiations.

  • Evaluate and onboard new payment partners based on market coverage, commercial and technical fit.

  • Coordinate with Tech, Fraud, BI and Finance on integrations, maintenance and production issues.

  • Maintain payment methods and compliance documentation, including SAQs, AoCs and audit support.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, ideally within gaming, digital goods or an online marketplace fintech / payments team.

  • Minimum 3 years in managerial position.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read and understand auth rates, fraud rates and conversion rates.

  • Experience setting up payment flows and routing.

  • Solid understanding of payment conversion and how to improve it through practical optimisation.

  • Understanding of PSP settlement cycle and how PSPs operate in fintech.

  • Willingness to attend industry conferences when needed.

  • Experience with fraud monitoring and chargeback handling.

  • Experience with cascading logic and transaction routing inside a Payment Hub.
