What daily challenges are waiting for you?

Kinguin is currently expanding its team as part of a broader strategy for international growth. We are looking for a lead who will oversee a multi-functional team working across various business areas, one of them is market expansion—such as entering other markets—being one of the important responsibilities. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, offering the opportunity to contribute to Kinguin’s success on several fronts, including but not limited to international development.

Public Relations:

  • Proactively pitch and secure media coverage by preparing press materials and building relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
  • Monitor media coverage and track sentiment of mentions, ensuring the brand maintains a consistently positive image.
  • Work toward regular media exposure by planning and executing outreach campaigns aligned with company goals.

 

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring consistent voice and branding.
  • Monitor and report on follower growth, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions from social media platforms.
  • Optimize content and posting strategies based on performance data and audience behavior.

 

Benchmarking & Competitor Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze competitors’ media presence and positioning to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify industry trends and recommend opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

 

Campaign & Lead Support:

  • Collaborate on lead generation strategies through content and social media campaigns.
  • Support crisis management by preparing timely communications and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience in the gaming industry (or passion for gaming is a must).
  • Experience in collaborating with influencers, strategic partners, and internal teams to execute campaigns.
  • Experience in building and maintaining media relations, including writing press releases and handling crisis communication.
  • Ability to develop and implement PR and social media strategies focused on strengthening the brand image.
  • Managing and moderating company profiles on social media platforms, including creating promotional campaigns and engaging the community.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of communication and promotional efforts (PR, social media, events), and preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Planning and coordinating events – from budgeting and logistics to promotion and supplier negotiations.
  • Understanding of market trends and a creative approach to marketing and promotional campaigns.
