What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Assess and monitor orders and transactions to identify suspicious activity and emerging fraud patterns.

  • Create, optimize, and manage fraud prevention rules and account restrictions.

  • Handle high-risk cases, escalations, verification-related inquiries, and reports of fraud or abuse.

  • Review payment provider flags.

  • Support fraud prevention across assigned product categories and contribute to anti-money laundering efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Support, MaM, Products, and the Fraud Response team.

  • Mentor and train junior Fraud Prevention Specialists and provide support on anti fraud verification-related matters.

  • Participate in weekly FRM meetings and make independent decisions on orders up to €2,000.

 

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Advanced knowledge of fraud prevention strategies, transaction monitoring, and fraud trend analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with fraud prevention platforms, PSP systems, and other risk management tools.

  • Strong understanding of fraud-related abuse, financial fraud, and AML prevention.

  • Ability to independently manage fraud KPIs, escalations, and complex cases.

  • Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A high level of ownership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
