What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Develop and optimize subscription strategies (packages, pricing, bundling).
  • Define and track key KPIs (MRR, ARPU, CLTV, churn, conversions).
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams to improve UX.
  • Grow the paying subscriber base while ensuring cost efficiency (CAC vs LTV).
  • Plan and execute retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead testing and experimentation (A/B, pilots) to optimize results.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and package design.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks.
  • Report on performance (sales, churn, retention, revenue).
  • Implement tools to support growth (CRM, automation, payments).
  • Explore and test new monetization models (freemium, premium tiers, bundling).

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Proven experience in subscription or digital business models preferably in e-commerce or gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting KPIs (MRR, ARPU, CLTV, churn, CAC vs LTV) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Expertise in pricing strategies, retention, and customer lifecycle management, including upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams to improve user experience and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and tools (A/B testing, CRM, marketing automation, payment platforms) to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
