What daily challenges are waiting for you?

The User Performance Specialist will involve implementing conversion rate optimization strategy, marketing automation strategy and engaging a wide variety of different stakeholders to drive experimentation and improvements.

This role will be focused on increasing the LTV of our customers. You will achieve this by employing a variety of strategies and tactics:

  • Data Analysis: Delve into analytics data to identify user behaviour patterns and areas of the website where users drop off or fail to complete desired actions. Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B test results to gather insights.

  • Conversion Funnel Analysis: Analyse the various stages of the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas that can be streamlined to increase the conversion rate.

  • User Research: Conduct user surveys, and customer feedback analysis to gain insights into user preferences, pain points, and motivations.

  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on the results of their efforts, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, such as marketing & revenue teams and web developers.

  • Website Optimisation: Based on data and test results, make recommendations to the website's design, content, layout, and functionality to improve user experience and increase conversions.

  • A/B Testing & Multivariate Testing: Run controlled experiments to determine the best performing experiences to continuously improve the website for customers. Conduct multivariate tests to assess how multiple elements interact and impact conversions.

  • Develop a personsalised experience: Using data and technology to ensure a relevant and personalised experience to new and existing customers.

 

What you should have to be successful in this role?

  • 7+ years of strong conversion rate optimization experience.

  • An analytical mindset, able to identify actionable insights from complicated data.

  • Experience with web analytics and CRO tools (Google analytics, Hubspot, Big Query, Salesforce, supermetrics)

  • Proven experience with A/B testing and optimising online conversions.
