What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue, margin, and hit targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align actions with company and team KPIs.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual results for your partners, supporting the team in reaching goals.
  • Identify and remove obstacles, propose solutions, and prioritize tasks to help the team succeed.
  • Plan joint marketing campaigns with partners and marketing teams, focusing on measurable outcomes.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • 5+ years in client account management with proven partner revenue growth.
  • 2+ years as an Account/Success Manager, ideally in fintech.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in daily client interactions and account ownership.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Looker; understanding of payment processes is a plus.
  • Experience in high-risk industries is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willingness to travel for business trips and industry events.
  • Experience in basic marketing collaboration with partners, including the ability to coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, or partner activations to help drive traffic and increase revenue.
