What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Leading and developing the campaign team (creative, media, communication).
  • Creating strategic campaign briefs together with the strategist โ€“ from concept to execution.
  • Co-creating campaigns in collaboration with social media, content, performance, and other teams.
  • Planning media and communication channels โ€“ selecting touchpoints and managing budgets.
  • Monitoring campaign performance (KPIs, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and drawing actionable insights.
  • Working closely with analytics, sales, and e-commerce teams.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Follow trends in the gaming industry - you know whatโ€™s happening currently, the newest game premiers, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in campaign management or integrated marketing, including team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, performance marketing, and creative processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign metrics.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., strategy, content, analytics).
  • Fluency in English; Polish is an advantage.
