What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Providing high-quality customer service, using the best technologies like Zendesk and Resolution Center (our in-house tool), including AI ChatBots.

  • Providing customer service on social media platforms

  • Verification of product reviews

  • Handling transactions on payment gateways and internal systems

  • Training and onboarding of new team member in the Customer Support department

  • Collaboration with other departments within the company in the spirit of impact, care and passion

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Good English communication skills, especially in the written word (C1 level)

  • Availability for work in shifts and during weekends (our support is available 24/7, 365 days a year)

  • Strong desire for learning new things

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Interest in gaming

Not essential, but welcome additions:

  • German/French/Spanish/Italian language skills

  • Previous experience in the field of Customer Service (or a related area involving serving customers)

  • Transactional/financial verification experience

  • Scripting or web development skills of any level
