• Creating animated content and short-form videos (TikToks, Reels).
• Designing light 2D animations (e.g. text overlays, graphic elements, transitions).
• Proactively pitching creative ideas aligned with current trends.
• Collaborating with the creative team, social media team, and gaming department.
• Adapting content to match the brand voice and the specifics of each platform.

• Previous experience in video editing, preferably for social media (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Basic skills in 2D motion design and animation.
• Solid understanding of TikTok and Reels trends and platform dynamics.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for what’s engaging and shareable.
• Fluency in English; Polish is an advantage.
