What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Identify training needs in cooperation with managers and the People team; coordinate the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Create, update, and execute the companyโ€™s annual training plan.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external training sessions in collaboration with external providers and in-house trainers.
  • Manage the company training calendar, the "Learning Lab" module on the intranet, and develop the "Development" module in the HRM system.
  • Develop training materials and presentations, and ensure post-training resources are published.
  • Lead development-related communication within the organization.
  • Deliver internal training sessions, including ownership of the onboarding process (introductory training on the company, processes, and systems).
  • Design and implement talent development, mentoring, and succession planning programs.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on competency development and building a growth-oriented organizational culture.
  • Maintain training documentation and report development KPIs (e.g., budget usage, training hours, participant satisfaction).
  • Responsibility for annual Satisfaction Survey Process & eNPS surveys.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development within an international organization.
  • English proficiency at a level sufficient for working with training materials and communicating with external vendors (C1+).
  • Knowledge of training needs assessment methods and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • University degree (preferred fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related areas).
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs.
  • Proficient in e-learning tools and MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • New technologies enthusiast would be a plus ๐Ÿ˜Š
